Being a resort area, Bear Lake offers a good selection of Cabins, and recreational properties for sale. There are also many partian ownership and time share condos available for sale. These properties are often found on the MLS. They are very easy to identify, because they are fully furnished homes with huge square footage for less than $100,000. The tricky thing is that the MLS listing websites don't show anywhere that they are simply partial ownership Cabins. Many potential buyers are severly disappointed when they find that the great deal they are looking at is for only 1/12th ownership.
